POs should be printed on the company letterhead. All POs must include the following information:
- The product name (Proactive Password Auditor)
- License type, i.e. the maximum number of user accounts to be audited (20, 100, 500, 2500 or 25000)
- The number of licenses you wish to order
- The name to which the product should be licensed
- Your billing address and, if applicable, delivery address
- Contact name, phone number and (if available) fax number
- The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the e-mail address for delivery
