Ordering options
We offer the following payment types:

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to transfer your data securely. Our encryption is certified by VeriSign.
Credit Card
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover,--> and Diners Club.
- When you pay by credit card, your order will be processed immediately. Postal mail shipments are initiated immediately. Products available electronically are generally ready for download immediately, or no more than 48 hours after you place your order.
Switch/Solo
- We accept debit cards from Switch and Solo (UK).
- When you pay by debit card, your order will be processed immediately. Postal mail shipments are initiated immediately. Products available electronically are generally ready for download immediately, or no more than 48 hours after you place your order.
Bank/Wire Transfer
- To help minimize fees for wire transfers to foreign countries, you may send bank transfers to one of our accounts in Germany, France, or Great Britain.
- You will receive the bank information via e-mail after your order has been processed.
- You will receive your product once payment has been received.
Online wire transfer
- Online wire transfers are applicable only for orders placed within Germany in Euro.
- Prerequisite: Your bank account has been activated for online banking, and you possess valid authorization and authentication information (such as PIN/TAN).
- The wire transfer will be processed using a Java applet on your system. For this wire transfer, all information exchanged between the account holder and the institution managing the account will be encrypted.
- For online wire transfers, the product is usually delivered immediately, whereas for traditional wire transfers, the product is delivered after receipt of funds.
Check
- We accept all personal, business, and Cashier's checks. Please note that personal checks may be held for up to 10 business days.
- Please note that postal money orders must be in US dollar currency and drawn on an US Bank. Please send those postal money orders to our US-Office:

Cash
- You can also send us cash by mail. You will receive notification of our postal address by e-mail after your order is submitted.
- Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
Registering the program
After you register, we'll send you your personal registration code. To enter it into the program, just press the "Register" button in the program; you will be prompted for the code. Enter the one you received from us, and if it is correct (it should be), the program shows the message that it is registered now, and so since than has the full functionality.
Please note that your registration will be valid for all future versions of the program - it means, that they will be free for you.
Note: If you've made a payment, but haven't got a confirmation letter with your serial number (registration code) within a reasonable amount of time (two business days for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please notify us about that! We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused by those delays.
